For a first class mansion in Menorca with 800 m2, we were commissioned by Russian owner, solving the property defects, which had been completely renovated:

The renovation of this house was done badly, the construction details were not planned or done incorrectly. Furthermore, the materials used were of low quality. The window frames and windows frames connections were not built properly and the humidity was introduced inside due to rain, etc ... There were several optical defects and structural damage. This property damages were caused not only by design errors, but also for errors in construction.

I performed the following services in this house:

• Document preparation for litigation and supervision during the legal dispute.

• Planning, detailed design and tender for necessary repairs in the house.
• Obtaining prices from specialists and experts in construction, assessment and cost estimate for both the building owner and to the preparation for the legal process.
• Coordinating and advising owner´s lawyer.
• Assistance in the preparation of the legal process, assist the lawyer.
• Declaration at the local court in Menorca as a surveyer representative of the owner.
• Representation of client interests in the "dialogue" with the private mutual investment appraisers (Architect and Architect)
