House with the use of passive solar energy and natural cooling: The building design focuses on passive solar energy during the winter season for the use of heating and optimum shading during the summer. Excellent thermal insulation, South orientation of the house as well, offer a minimal heat in Winter and a fresh conditioning in Summer. Large eaves, especially in the south side of the house provide shade for windows and facade and reduce the conditioning of the building. The planning is made exactly according to a study of the respective positions of the sun. The building is a mixed construction of concrete and solid wood.
