Due to differences with the existing contractor and the architect, it was impossible to obtain a certificate of final acceptance for the building, as in the municipality of Calvia no documents were presented for final acceptance for a pool in the village.

I canceled all the documentation submitted by the previous architect for owners and have done all new documents required for final acceptance and have carried out the necessary negotiations with the local authority to reach final acceptance. Then I advised the lawyer for the owners to resolve the contract situation with the previous architect.
