In a period of only four months a complete renovation was made.

We renovated a guest house of approximately 140 m2 of gross floor area and a main house of approximately 220 m2 of total area. The renovation was done with a mixed team of Spanish and German companies. The following works were made:

• Construction defects of increasing humidity in the masonry, resolved with a suitable horizontal sealing.
• Sealing and thermal insulation of roofs.
• Installation of a floor heating.
• Total drainage of rainwater.
• Electrical installation.
• Air conditioning system (hot/cold).
• Elimination of various constructive defects.
• Complete bahtrooms redesign.
• New interior doors.
• Complete facade walls and roof covered with a thermal insulation Marke Sto.
• New interior and exterior paint.
• Replacement of all windows and exterior doors.
• Replacement of blinds.

After completing the renovation, the owner informed us the quality of the spaces of the house had significantly improved. This is mainly due to the elimination of structural defects and the thermal insulation of all the walls and roof.

Then, we made the perform, monitoring and supervision work of the builders, building regulations, relevant orders, all this has been carried out on a contingency basis.
