Construction Law:

The submitted project was requested by the owners a combined project of demolition and expansion, expansion legalization and building renovation and reorganization.

Thebuilding lawapproach forthis projectwas as follows:

Installations

The heating of the building is under-floor heating in conjunction with solar collectors, which are installed on the flat roof and in combination with a geothermal system.

The entire hot water supply to the building is provided for the geothermal system with deep wells in combination with the solar collectors.

The whole house is controlled by a home automatisation system. Even the spa is powered by geothermal energy solar system.
