The basic idea of ​​this group of townhouses can be summed under the title of "green building for an affordable price." The complex, consisting of 7 houses, each with a single floor plan, built with wooden structure. South orientation, high quality insulation, projected balconies and eaves for sun protection are the basis for passive solar energy in this group of townhouses. In addition, 3 buildings with a system for collecting rainwater, one of them with a solar system and the rest equipped with condensing boilers. Facade is painted with selected ecological paint in natural color.

Hello, Mr Wächter,

Last night we met all the owners of the townhouses on the street Goldregenweg 30 and we have planned to celebrate our twentieth anniversary.  For 20 years we have lived in the homes you Mr. Wächter has designed and built... 20 years! How quickly time flies!

When we were talking about the party and details, we had the great idea to also invite you to our little celebration the Friday, August 21, the party will be on the street.

You could be sure we would not have written you if we are all very happy with our homes! After living here 20 years, we have had no major problems and that´s fantastic.  It means the quality of your work is excellent.

We hope you are proud of your work here in the same way we are when we decided to choose you for this project.

We wish you could attend our celebration but we also know you are in Mallorca and it may not be possible.  We wait for your answer.
