The Seagull house of Venusarchitecture was designed and planned by the architect Stephan Wächter. The architecture of this seagullhouse is inspired by the work of the southamerican star architect Alberto Rubio. Alberto Rubio has been creating these fantastic “Bird Houses” for many years. Stephan Wächter has long been fascinated by the construction method of the “Bird Houses” by the outstanding designer and inventor Alberto Rubio. Stephan Wächter understands the technical basis for this exceptional shape and uses it for his own creations, the so called Seagull houses.

The work of Stephan Wächter is based on similar ideals and perceptions to Alberto Rubios work and therefore creates similar forms. The affinity of Wächter for organic forms finds its expression in the design for the Seagull house.

The houses are called “Bird Houses” because of their curved roofs.

The Seagull house by Venusarchitecture with the generous and artistic interior and outdoor spaces is solely orientated on the seaview. Spacious roofed terraces with barbeque and integrated infinity pool blend seamlessly in a lovely landscape garden with automatic watering. The light flooded rooms create an unique atmosphere. The self-supporting organic roof construction of wooden beams is visible in the whole building and creates the character of the house. The upper floor can be accessed over a bridge with view to the living area and entrance hall. Over the central staircase is a 7-piece glass pyramid which can be opened.
