Stephan Wächter is an authorized Surveyor before the Spanish court and officially recognized in Germany as Surveyor for thermal and sound insulation.

With the currently available materials on the spanish market and due to the Architect- and Engineer services to german quality standard, it is possible to create buildings meeting the common standards in Germany.

The former designs and buildings are on one side conventional buildings meeting the wishes of the clients and on the other side special buildings which bear the signature of Venusarchitecture along the themes of ecology, building biology, sustainable construction, energy efficient construction, organic construction and energetic construction.

The particular strength of Venusarchitecture is to realize the special demands of clients not only with concept and design, but especially in creating a technically perfect execution right to the last detail.

The architectonical services of the office include design, license- and construction planning, negotiation with authorities, submission (with spanish AVA-software), site management, surveys, structural damage surveys, cost control, project management, legalisation, legalisation projects and real estate on behalf of clients or principals.
