I would like to add a short note concerning this project:

The client, a german architect, stopped all payments after he had received all important data, including the roof structure and an excel sheet with all the relative supporting height for each roof beam from my side.

When I placed my own construction site sign on plot No. 36, he terminated the contract, claimed to have designed the building, to be the owner of all rights and that I did not have any rights on the intellectual property of my plans or the design. In the end, after a tedious court procedure, the case was found in my favour and the client paid me by the end of 2013.

The rights to my intellectual property were also clearly upheld by the court.

The execution of the construction project Vista Mar 32 was atrocious. The construction management was not performed by Stefan Wächter.
